I learned and grew through Turks and Caicos Community College and hands-on experience at Amanyara Resorts, Grace Bay Resorts, Turks and Caicos Collection, Ritz Carlton, and Shore Club Resort.

My philosophy in the kitchen is to let fresh ingredients lead, stay attentive to every detail, and finish each plate with beautiful presentation so the experience feels as special as it tastes.

































Once again, I am compelled to write a review. It is indeed a rare occasion that my clients take the time out to tell me how amazing a service is. Chef Jerad did not disappoint. Everything was amazing according to them. I will be looking to Chef Jerad for more appointments in the coming year.
